For families visiting “Km43”, this is a great stop if you need separate space. Rooms are clean, parking is secure, showers are hot. Bed is what you pay for the price. Functional WiFi when needing to stay connected. Only issue was my ceiling fan did not work which I addressed to the staff. This is now my regular stay over stop when coming to Gp V.
It is a simple hotels with rooms that vary a lot, we booked two single rooms that were totally different, and had nothing in common. So reviews can vary a lot, depending on what room you get. My sons room was with an old iron frame bed and a small fridge/freezer and a simple soft foam matras, no ceiling fan. My room, tucked away in a corner on the first floor had no window to the inner courtyard but to the back of the hotel, with a nice firm mattress and a fridge, a ceiling fan. The rooms are clean, the bedlinnen is old, and so are some of the towels. But.......they staff is very friendly, it is a quiet place with a gated parking with a night guard, there is free coffee in the morning in the reception. There is a lot of hot water, real hot water, soap, shampoo, they provide an extra blanket when you are cold. And the internet is great!! For the money, we paid 800 pesos per room (May 2023), it is good value for money. If you sleep here during the weekend, make sure to visit the week market in the park near the health center! It starts Friday around noon and lasts till midday Sunday.
Nice place. Friendly people in the front office. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfy. The only thing there some ants in the bathroom but it didn't really bother me. Everything was good. I would stay here again.

Clean place, ok location. No microwave or fridge in the room we stayed in even though we paid more for a better room.
Good hotel for the price. Love the fact that they have a three bed room it was perfect for us as we travel with teens. No need to get to rooms. The parking is real secure as it is surrounded by the rooms.
